  • Alterations to project data occurs as the design is changed by design team.
  • Construction proceeds. Items managed by trade suppliers on-line.
  • Databases are updated to match 'as built'.
  • Specific supplier information is entered.
  • Actual Room Data Sheets 'as built' generated.
  • Print actual Room Data Sheets
  • Print FF&E (group 2 & 3) items for purchase. tailored reports by supplier, lead-time, etc..
  • Furniture and Equipment Purchasing
  • Additional FF&E custom attributes filled in (supplier, final price, warranty, product code etc..)
  • Ability for suppliers to enter bar code no's and other detail into database at time of, or before delivery.
  • Procurement consultants or Project Owner adjusts generic FF&E items for project.
  • All associated attributes captured, including supplier, colour, model, warranty details, barcode, etc..
  • Actual FF&E Tender & Procurement schedules
  • Actual FF&E listings & budgets by room, Dept., level, project.
  • Ability to extract data for use in a Facility Maintenance software system
